Legal

1. License Grant

Nuvè grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and professional purposes, strictly in accordance with this EULA.

The App is licensed, not sold.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to:

• software

• source code

• design

• trademarks

• logos

• text

are the exclusive property of Nuvè or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract the source code of, or create derivative works of the App without prior written authorization.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

The User agrees to:

• use the App in a lawful manner

• not misuse or abuse the App’s features

• not interfere with the App’s operation or infrastructure

The User must not:

• use the App for illegal activities

• bypass security measures

• access unauthorized data

• use the App in a way that harms other users or the Company

4. User Account and Responsibilities

The User is responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

• all activities performed under their account

• the accuracy of the information provided

Nuvè is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from User negligence.

5. User Content

The User retains ownership of any data or content submitted through the App.

By using the App, the User grants Nuvè a limited license to process such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Service Availability

Nuvè strives to ensure the best possible availability of the App but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• maintenance

• updates

• technical or security reasons

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvè shall not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• loss of data

• loss of profits or business opportunities

• service interruptions

Use of the App is at the User’s own risk.

8. Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated.

Nuvè may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if the User violates these terms, without prior notice.

Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the App.

9. Changes to This EULA

Nuvè reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time.

Changes will become effective upon publication within the App or on the official website.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, unless mandatory local laws provide otherwise.
